Almost an hour of the scenic ride to Kakani will offer you a lush forest of Rhododendron, pine, and oak. The beautifully flowing water stream will make you feel blissful.

The panoramic views of Annapurna range, Manaslu, Ganesh Himal, Langtang Lerung, Dorje Lakpa and many other peaks are breath-taking. Day 1:

  • Arrive in Kathmandu and transfer to your homestay in Kakani

Day 2:

  • Wake up early to watch the sunrise over the Himalayas
  • Enjoy breakfast with your host family
  • Take a nature walk to explore the surrounding hills and forests
  • Learn about traditional farming practices and help with some farm work
  • Enjoy a home-cooked lunch with your host family
  • Visit the nearby Gurje Bhanjyang viewpoint for panoramic views of the Himalayas
  • Return to your homestay for dinner and a relaxing evening

Day 3:

  • After breakfast, participate in a cooking class and learn to make traditional Nepali dishes
  • Visit the nearby Shiva Temple and learn about Hinduism and its practices
  • Take a short hike to the beautiful Shivapuri National Park
  • Enjoy a picnic lunch in the park
  • Return to your homestay for a farewell dinner with your host family

Day 4:

  • After breakfast, say goodbye to your host family and transfer back to Kathmandu
