It is less crowded areas than any other classical trekking destination of Nepal.

Biking in Manaslu Circuit will offer you scenic ride to the mountainous roadway with a majestic vista of Himalayas ranges, parched land passing through suspension bridge above beautiful rivers. Manaslu Circuit is better knowns for teahouse which has been attracting travelers in the recent years. Biking in Manaslu circuit and the teahouse will make the tour worth it. Day 3: Sotikhola to Machhakhola (930m/3,051ft) – Bike (6-7 hours)

Day 4: Machhakhola to Jagat (1,410m/4,625ft) – Bike (6-7 hours)

Day 5: Jagat to Deng (1,804m/5,919ft) – Bike (6-7 hours)

Day 6: Deng to Namrung (2,660m/8,727ft) – Bike (7-8 hours)

Day 7: Namrung to Samagaon (3,530m/11,578ft) – Bike (6-7 hours)

Day 8: Rest day in Samagaon – Explore the village and acclimatize to the altitude

Day 9: Samagaon to Samdo (3,860m/12,664ft) – Bike (4-5 hours)

Day 10: Samdo to Dharmashala (4,460m/14,632ft) – Bike (3-4 hours)

Day 11: Dharmashala to Bhimthang (3,720m/12,201ft) – Bike (7-8 hours)

Detail Itinerary

Day 1: Kathmandu to Arughat (650m/2,132ft) – Drive (7-8 hours) You will start your journey from Kathmandu and drive to Arughat, the starting point of the Manaslu Circuit. The drive takes around 7-8 hours and takes you through scenic landscapes and small villages.

Day 2: Arughat to Sotikhola (730m/2,395ft) – Bike (3-4 hours) Today, you will start your biking journey from Arughat to Sotikhola. The trail is a mix of flat and hilly terrain, and you will cross several suspension bridges along the way.

Day 3: Sotikhola to Machhakhola (930m/3,051ft) – Bike (6-7 hours) You will continue biking along the Budhi Gandaki River and pass through small villages and terraced fields before reaching Machhakhola.

Day 4: Machhakhola to Jagat (1,410m/4,625ft) – Bike (6-7 hours) Today’s trail includes some challenging uphill sections and descents. You will cross the Machha Khola river and reach Jagat, a small village with beautiful traditional houses.

Day 5: Jagat to Deng (1,804m/5,919ft) – Bike (6-7 hours) The trail today takes you through a dense forest and several small villages. You will also cross a suspension bridge over the Budhi Gandaki river before reaching Deng.

Day 6: Deng to Namrung (2,660m/8,727ft) – Bike (7-8 hours) Today’s trail includes some steep uphill sections, and you will cross a beautiful bamboo forest before reaching Namrung, a small village with stunning views of the Manaslu range.

Day 7: Namrung to Samagaon (3,530m/11,578ft) – Bike (6-7 hours) The trail today takes you through several small villages and offers stunning views of the Manaslu range. You will also pass through a dense forest and cross a few suspension bridges before reaching Samagaon.

Day 8: Rest day in Samagaon – Explore the village and acclimatize to the altitude Today is a rest day, and you can explore the village of Samagaon, interact with the locals, and enjoy the stunning views of the Manaslu range. It’s also an acclimatization day to help your body adjust to the altitude.

Day 9: Samagaon to Samdo (3,860m/12,664ft) – Bike (4-5 hours) The trail today takes you through a rocky terrain and some uphill sections before reaching Samdo, a small village on the border of Tibet.

Day 10: Samdo to Dharmashala (4,460m/14,632ft) – Bike (3-4 hours) Today’s trail includes some steep uphill sections, and you will cross a few streams before reaching Dharmashala, a small village at the base of the Larkya La pass.

Day 11: Dharmashala to Bhimthang (3,720m/12,201ft) – Bike (7-8 hours) Today is the most challenging day of the trip, as you will cross the Larkya La pass (5,160m/16,929ft). The trail is steep and includes some rocky terrain, but the stunning views of the mountains make it worth the effort.

Day 12: Bhimthang to Tilje (2,300m/7,546ft) – Bike (6-7 hours) After crossing the Larkya La pass, the trail descends steeply through a beautiful forest before reaching Tilje, a small village with traditional houses.

Day 13: Tilje to Besisahar (760m/2,493ft) – Bike (6-7 hours) The trail today takes you through some flat terrain and several small villages before reaching Besisahar, the district headquarters of Lamjung district.

Day 14: Besisahar to Kathmandu – Drive (6-7 hours) Today is the final day of the trip, and you will drive back to Kathmandu, enjoying the scenic landscapes and small villages along the way.
