Day 2: Drive from Kathmandu to Syabrubesi (1,550m) Take a scenic drive from Kathmandu to Syabrubesi, a small village on the banks of the Langtang River. It takes about 8 hours to reach Syabrubesi, so you will have plenty of time to take in the stunning views of the Himalayas along the way.

Day 3: Bike from Syabrubesi to Lama Hotel (2,380m) Begin your biking adventure by following the Langtang River through lush forests and charming villages. You will bike through rugged terrain and climb up steep hills before reaching Lama Hotel, where you will spend the night.

Day 4: Bike from Lama Hotel to Langtang Village (3,430m) Continue biking through the Langtang Valley, passing through the small settlements of Ghora Tabela and Thangsyap. You will pass through beautiful rhododendron and oak forests and cross several suspension bridges before arriving at Langtang Village, which was heavily impacted by the 2015 earthquake.

Day 5: Rest day in Langtang Village Take a day to rest and acclimate to the higher altitude. You can spend the day exploring the village and its surroundings or hiking to nearby viewpoints.

Day 6: Bike from Langtang Village to Kyanjin Gompa (3,870m) After breakfast, bike through yak pastures and rocky terrain to reach Kyanjin Gompa, a scenic Buddhist monastery in the heart of the Langtang Valley. The ride is challenging but rewarding, with stunning views of the Himalayas along the way.

Day 7: Explore Kyanjin Gompa Take a rest day in Kyanjin Gompa to explore the area and enjoy the stunning mountain views. You can hike to nearby glaciers or visit the local cheese factory.

Day 8: Bike from Kyanjin Gompa to Lama Hotel (2,380m) Begin your return journey by biking back to Lama Hotel, following the same route you took on the way up. The descent is challenging but exhilarating, with stunning views of the Langtang Valley and the Himalayas.

Day 9: Bike from Lama Hotel to Syabrubesi (1,550m) Continue your descent by biking from Lama Hotel to Syabrubesi, where you will spend your final night in the Langtang region.

Day 10: Drive from Syabrubesi to Kathmandu Take a scenic drive back to Kathmandu, enjoying the stunning views of the Himalayas along the way. Spend the rest of the day exploring the city or relaxing at your hotel.

Day 11: Departure Depart from Kathmandu and head back home, or extend your stay to explore more of Nepal.
